  • Warranty does not cover fading from improper cleaning agents, cuts, burns, or pet damage beyond normal use.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds after installation is complete.

Liability & Limitations

Materials & Warranties

  • All turf products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 15–20 years).
